The studio features a comfortable king-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining table. For families with little ones, a variety of toys and games are available to keep them entertained. The well-appointed kitchen, conveniently located adjacent to the bed, is ideal for preparing hearty meals at any time of day. Despite its compact size, it offers all the necessary amenities and appliances, along with ample countertop space for meal preparation and enjoyment.

Bedroom and Bathroom:

Down the hall, discover our pristine bathroom, meticulously designed to rejuvenate both mind and body. For added convenience, the bathroom also features an in-unit washer and dryer

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire downstairs unit, which includes a cozy studio with a kitchen and king bed, a comfortable queen bedroom, and a bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer. For your privacy, the unit features a separate entrance. Ample street parking is available.
We are building a dog run and outdoor space for guests, which will be available sometime this Fall. For now, there is no outdoor space available for guests, although we welcome dog play date requests.
Other things to keep in mind
- Owners live upstairs with their furry friends, occasional day-to-day noises may be audible, which may not be ideal for noise-sensitive individuals or those with pet allergies.
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a pet fee and refundable pet deposit. Cats/Other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Free street parking is available, and guests may use the driveway for loading and unloading things.
